SHIPPING POLICY

DUE TO COVID ORDERS CAN ONLY BE COLLECTED - CONTACT SARAH DIRECTLY

 

What are my shipping options?
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next available business day.

What courier service do you use?
We use DPD couriers. Please note: a signature is required for all deliveries
UK Next day delivery if ordered Monday to Thursday before 3pm. For all Northern Ireland orders please allow 48hrs for delivery. No deliveries are made on Saturday-Sunday.
For the Republic of Ireland please allow 2-3 working days.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Howe Beautiful we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

We’ll gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased from howebeautiful.co.uk and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 14 days of the PURCHASE date.
Should you have a skin response to your product please also contact us soon as possible.
All returns must be pre-approved by Sarah.
Please contact us within 48hr should you have any discrepancies with your order.

Please follow the simple instructions below:

  1. Place the unused item in its 'original condition' into 'original packaging'.

  2. Contact us to discuss options

  3. We will e-mail you an Electronic Return Label and a summary of the transaction for your records.

  4. Take your package to the nearest post office. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund.
